How to Install Microsoft Office 2024 Without a Product Key

In this guide, I'll show you how to install the latest version of Microsoft Office without needing any product key or a paid subscription. We won't use any cracks or third-party installers. Everything will be done using Microsoft's official tools (Office Deployment Tool and XML configuration).

This method installs the Office LTSC Professional Plus 2024 volume license edition, which gives you access to the full suite without needing an online account during setup.

Preparation Step

Before we begin, it is highly recommended to remove any existing installations of Microsoft Office to avoid conflicts.

• Go to Control Panel.
• Click on Uninstall a program.
• Remove anything related to Microsoft Office (trial versions or expired versions).

Step 1: Create the Configuration File

We need to create a configuration file that tells the installer exactly what to download and install.

1. Open your browser and visit config.office.com.
2. Click Create under "Create a new configuration".
3. Architecture: Select 64-bit.

Conclusion and Activation

Once the installation is finished, you can close the Command Prompt window. Go to your Start menu and open any of the Office apps you installed, like Word or Excel.

Activation Status:
When you open the app and go to Account, you might see a message saying "Activation Required". This is normal for the Volume License edition we installed. This method allows you to install the full software suite without entering a key or signing in during the setup process.

Important:
While this method installs the software, for long-term access with full features and updates, you will still need to activate it later using a valid license key or connect to a KMS server (if you are using this in an enterprise/educational environment). This method is perfect for testing or temporary setup.
