The easiest and most reliable solution is to first download the video in good quality on your phone, tablet, or another supported device.
After downloading the video, you can cast it directly to your TV. You can also connect your device to the TV using a supported cable and play the downloaded video.
How to Cast a Video from an Android Phone to a TV
If you are using an Android phone, download VLC Media Player.
After downloading your video, open and play it using VLC Media Player. If your TV supports casting, use the available Cast option in VLC to play the video directly on your TV.
For better casting performance, make sure your phone and TV are connected to the same Wi-Fi network.
The main advantage of this method is that you can watch the downloaded video in its original downloaded quality, and the video quality generally does not decrease while casting.
