1. Acceptance of These Terms

By requesting, purchasing, or using an advertising or sponsored promotion service provided by MWSGuy.com (“MWSGuy”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Advertising Terms & Disclaimer.

These terms apply to all sponsored placements, promotional listings, advertisement links, custom short links, homepage promotions, and other advertising services provided by MWSGuy.

2. Advertising & Sponsored Placements

MWSGuy may provide paid promotional placements for legitimate websites, businesses, mobile applications, social media profiles, channels, pages, online services, and other custom URLs.

Depending on the advertising arrangement, a sponsored destination may be displayed on our homepage or another agreed location on our platform. The placement format, position, visibility, duration, pricing, and other conditions will be agreed upon with the advertiser before publication.

A sponsored placement is a form of paid promotion. Its presence on MWSGuy should not automatically be interpreted as an endorsement, recommendation, partnership, certification, or guarantee by MWSGuy.

3. Advertiser Responsibility

The advertiser is solely responsible for the destination URL, profile, application, service, product, business, or other material submitted for advertising.

The advertiser is responsible for ensuring that their submitted destination and its content are accurate, lawful, secure, and compliant with all applicable laws, regulations, platform rules, and third-party rights.

MWSGuy does not become the owner, operator, publisher, partner, agent, representative, or legal representative of any advertised destination merely because that destination is displayed through a paid advertisement.

4. Review & Initial Verification

MWSGuy may review a submitted destination before publishing a sponsored placement. Any such review is performed for general advertising suitability and does not constitute a certification, guarantee, audit, or permanent verification of the destination.

Where applicable, MWSGuy may verify a direct website URL by opening and reviewing the submitted website before publication. However, such review is limited in scope and does not guarantee the accuracy, legality, ownership, security, or future behavior of the website.

For social media profiles, pages, channels, or similar third-party profiles, our verification may be limited to confirming that the submitted URL correctly points to an accessible profile, page, channel, or account. We do not necessarily investigate the ownership, followers, posts, claims, or every piece of content associated with such profiles.

For free-hosted subdomains and third-party publishing platforms such as WordPress.com, Tumblr, GitHub Pages (github.io), Blogspot, Medium, and similar services, MWSGuy may verify the submitted link and its accessibility, but generally does not independently verify the identity or authenticity of the person or organization operating that individual subdomain or profile.

The responsibility for verifying accounts, publishers, users, and content hosted on third-party platforms primarily remains with the relevant platform and the person operating the account or subdomain.

5. One-Time Verification & No Continuous Monitoring

Any verification performed by MWSGuy is generally a one-time verification conducted at or around the time the sponsored link is created or published, unless we expressly agree otherwise.

After publication, MWSGuy does not have an ongoing obligation to continuously monitor, inspect, or re-verify the advertised destination, short link, social profile, website, application, or other promotional destination.

A destination may subsequently change its content, ownership, domain, redirects, business practices, or other characteristics. Such changes may occur without MWSGuy's knowledge or involvement.

The advertiser remains responsible for maintaining the advertised destination and ensuring that it continues to comply with these terms and applicable laws.

6. Custom Short Links

As part of certain advertising packages, MWSGuy may provide a custom short link that redirects visitors to the advertiser's approved destination URL.

Custom short links are designed to provide a shorter, simpler, and more memorable URL for promotional use. For example, an advertiser may receive a custom link such as mwsgu.com/name.

Once created and approved, the advertiser may use their custom short link across different promotional channels. The short link may be shared on social media profiles, included on websites, displayed in videos as a QR code, used in promotional materials, or shown on other platforms where the advertiser wishes to promote their destination.

This provides the advertiser with greater freedom to promote and display their custom short link across their own websites, social profiles, videos, QR codes, and other promotional channels, subject to these terms and the rules of the platform where the link is used.

Custom short links are a premium advertising service and may be priced higher than standard or basic short-link requests because they provide a personalized URL and greater promotional flexibility for the advertiser.

The short link is intended to provide a shorter and more convenient URL for promotional use across websites, social media, messaging applications, videos, QR codes, and other platforms.

Any verification associated with a custom short link is performed on a one-time basis when the short link is created or approved. MWSGuy does not guarantee continuous monitoring of the short link or its destination after that point.

The advertiser is solely responsible for:

the destination URL submitted for the short link;
the content available at that destination;
any redirects connected to the destination;
any subsequent changes to the destination or its ownership;
how and where the custom short link is promoted or displayed; and
ensuring that the destination and promotional use of the short link remain lawful and suitable for advertising.

If a destination URL is subsequently changed, redirected, transferred, sold, compromised, hijacked, modified, or otherwise altered by the advertiser or any third party, MWSGuy does not accept responsibility for the resulting content or destination.

7. Prohibited Advertising Content

MWSGuy may refuse, suspend, or remove any advertisement or sponsored destination that we reasonably believe violates these terms, applicable law, or our platform standards.

Prohibited or restricted advertising may include, but is not limited to:

Illegal or unlawful activities or services
Fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading websites
Phishing, malware, malicious software, or harmful code
Scams or deceptive schemes
Adult or sexually explicit content
Hate speech or content promoting violence against protected groups
Content that facilitates serious wrongdoing or illegal activity
Copyright or trademark infringing material
Impersonation or fraudulent representation
Content that violates applicable laws or regulations
Destinations that may create a significant security or privacy risk for users

We may reject or remove an advertisement even if the submitted destination was previously accepted, particularly if new information becomes available or the destination subsequently becomes unsuitable.

8. Advertisement Removal & Suspension

MWSGuy reserves the right to suspend, modify, restrict, or remove a sponsored placement when reasonably necessary, including where the destination violates these terms, becomes unavailable, changes substantially, creates a security concern, receives credible abuse reports, or otherwise becomes unsuitable for our platform.

Where an advertisement is removed because of a violation, fraudulent activity, misleading information, or other misconduct attributable to the advertiser or destination, the advertiser may not be entitled to a refund.

MWSGuy may also remove or suspend a placement when required by law, legal process, a platform policy, or another legitimate operational or security reason.

9. Payments & Refunds

Advertising pricing, placement duration, promotional format, payment method, and other commercial terms are agreed upon before publication.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payments are generally non-refundable once the advertisement has been published.

No refund is guaranteed where an advertisement is removed or suspended because of a violation of these terms, unlawful activity, misleading information, or other conduct attributable to the advertiser or advertised destination.

Any special refund arrangement must be agreed upon in writing before publication.

10. Domain Authenticity & Impersonation

MWSGuy.com is the official domain operated by us. We do not automatically own, operate, authorize, endorse, or accept responsibility for websites, applications, pages, profiles, or services using the name “MWSGuy” or a similar name unless they are directly operated or officially published by us.

If an unrelated person or entity uses the MWSGuy name, logo, branding, domain name, or a confusingly similar identity without authorization, that person or entity should not be considered affiliated with MWSGuy.

Any person claiming to represent MWSGuy should be verified through our official website or official contact channels.
Users should exercise caution before making payments, sharing personal information, or entering into an agreement with anyone claiming to represent MWSGuy.
MWSGuy may take appropriate action against unauthorized impersonation, including requesting removal of infringing material, issuing takedown requests, reporting abuse, or pursuing other remedies available under applicable law.

11. Sponsored Listings & “Top Payers”

Websites, applications, profiles, or links displayed under sections such as “Top Payers”, “Sponsored”, “Featured”, or other similar promotional sections are paid advertising or promotional placements unless expressly stated otherwise.

Their appearance on MWSGuy does not mean that MWSGuy endorses, recommends, guarantees, certifies, or continuously verifies the listed destination.

A sponsored listing does not establish an ongoing business relationship, partnership, agency relationship, or affiliation between MWSGuy and the advertiser.

Users should independently evaluate and verify any third-party website, service, application, or business before interacting with it or providing personal or financial information.

12. No Endorsement or Ongoing Relationship

Unless explicitly stated in a separate written agreement, MWSGuy's relationship with an advertiser is limited to the advertising or promotional service that was purchased.

The display of an advertisement, sponsored link, short link, or featured listing does not mean that MWSGuy:

endorses or recommends the advertiser;
guarantees the advertiser's products or services;
guarantees payments, payouts, refunds, earnings, or other promises made by the advertiser;
is a partner, agent, employee, representative, or affiliate of the advertiser;
has verified every claim made by the advertiser; or
accepts responsibility for the advertiser's business practices or conduct.

13. Third-Party Websites, Services & Platforms

Advertisements may direct users to websites, applications, social platforms, hosted pages, or other services operated by third parties.

Once a user leaves MWSGuy and accesses a third-party destination, that user's interaction is subject to the third party's own terms, privacy policies, security practices, and other policies.

MWSGuy does not control third-party websites or services and is not responsible for their availability, content, security, privacy practices, transactions, policies, or subsequent changes.

14. User Transactions & Disputes

Any transaction, purchase, payment, communication, subscription, service, download, account registration, or other interaction between a user and an advertised third party is solely between the user and that third party.

MWSGuy is not a party to such transactions and does not guarantee the performance, reliability, delivery, refund, payout, or conduct of any advertiser or third-party service.

Any dispute concerning an advertised website, application, service, product, payment, or transaction should generally be addressed directly with the relevant advertiser or service provider.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MWSGuy and its owners, operators, administrators, and representatives shall not be responsible or liable for losses, damages, claims, disputes, financial losses, security incidents, or other consequences arising from or relating to:

third-party advertisements or sponsored destinations;
content published by advertisers or third parties;
changes made to a destination after initial verification;
redirects or modifications associated with a short link;
third-party websites, applications, or social media profiles;
transactions or disputes between users and advertisers;
fraud, misconduct, or unlawful activity conducted by an advertiser or third party;
unauthorized use or impersonation of the MWSGuy name or brand; or
temporary or permanent unavailability of a third-party destination.

16. Reporting a Problem

If you believe that a sponsored link, short link, featured listing, or advertised destination is involved in fraudulent activity, has changed its destination, contains harmful or unlawful content, or is improperly using the MWSGuy name, please contact us through our official Contact page.

When reporting an issue, please provide the relevant URL and a brief explanation of the problem. We may review the report and, where appropriate, suspend or remove the relevant promotional placement or take other action available to us.

Submitting a report does not guarantee that a particular action will be taken, as each report may be evaluated individually.

17. Changes to These Terms

MWSGuy reserves the right to modify, update, replace, or amend these Advertising Terms & Disclaimer at any time.

The updated version will become effective when published on this page, unless otherwise stated. Advertisers are responsible for reviewing the current version of these terms before using our advertising services.
